微生物肥料中苏云金芽孢杆菌洗脱条件的优化

【摘要】 本研究以苏云金芽孢杆菌作为供试液,分别以草炭、褐炭、鸡粪作为载体,通过改变p H、时间、温度、离子强度、缓冲液等环境条件,分别测出苏云金芽孢杆菌的解析率,确定出最佳解析条件,从而提高菌体洗脱率和回收率。
【Abstract】 In this study, the Bacillus thuringiensis as probational liquid, respectively to peat, lignite, chicken manure as a carrier, through alter the p H, time, temperature, ionic strength, buffer conditions were measured rate of Bacillus thuringiensis analytical, and determines the optimum analytical conditions, so as to improve cell elution rate and recovery rate.
