摘要:本文通过生产实践和试验,研究了铝合金把手脱脂工艺对后续工序的影响及脱脂工艺的 ,最终确定适合铝合金把手氧化实用性的脱脂精细化管理的工艺参数及内容;从近一年的生产情况看,槽液稳定,脱脂效果较佳,漏色、花斑等缺陷大幅度减少。

Study and application of fining management for aluminium alloy handle degreasing technology

Abstract: The influence of aluminium alloy handle degreasing technology to the following procedures and the improvement to the degreasing technology were studied in this paper. Thus, the suitable and practical technology parameter of fining management for handle degreasing process was found out. The production practice for recent year shows that, the stability of solution and effect of degrease were improved after the use of fining management, and the defects of losing color and spot were decreased obviously.

前言:铝合金把手经挤压成型、锯切、刷纹、机加工后,把手表面残留有切削液、油污、灰尘等脏物,切削液里面含有1%左右的矿物油,脱脂目的是去除表面的切削液、油污、灰尘等脏物及活化把手型材表面,以获得比较洁净的表面,有利于下道工序的处理,脱脂不良最直接的表现是产生漏色、花斑缺陷,通过研究系统脱脂工艺流程,减少漏色缺陷,达到提高成品率的目的。
